Privacy Policy for AI Image & Video Generation Tool
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all users of GenreFlip (hereinafter referred to as the "Tool"). Before using any functions of the Tool, please read and fully understand all terms of this Policy. Your continued use of the Tool constitutes your voluntary acceptance and agreement to all clauses herein, as well as acknowledgment of our user data processing rules stipulated in this Policy.
The core functions of the Tool include image & video stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance generation, AI background replacement and AI face swap. All functions strictly follow two core principles:NO user data storage and NO third-party data sharing, to fully protect users' privacy including uploaded images, videos, facial information, scene content and other personal sensitive data.
1. Scope of Application
1.1 This Policy applies to all users who access, browse and use all functions of the Tool via mobile terminals, web pages, mini-programs and all other access channels.
1.2 This Policy covers all user-related information transmitted or generated during the use of the Tool, including but not limited to original uploaded materials (images, videos, portrait clips, custom background files), temporary operation data during AI computing, AI-generated images and videos, facial biometric data, human body motion tracking data and other behavioral data.
2. Core Data Processing Rules (Key Clauses)
2.1 No Storage of Any User Data
This Tool adopts a local front-end operation + instant cloud data destruction operating mode. We will NEVER retain, back up, cache or store any user data in any form permanently or temporarily. Detailed rules are listed as follows:
- No storage of original uploaded materials: All original images, videos, portrait footage, facial photos and custom background files uploaded by users are only temporarily loaded for real-time AI computing during task execution. All source files will be completely erased from running memory and temporary cache immediately after the creation task is completed, with no background retention left.
- No storage of biometric data: For AI face swap and AI dance functions, facial feature points, facial dynamic data, human skeleton tracking data and body motion information are only collected for single-time AI modeling and video synthesis. All biometric information will be permanently destroyed once the task finishes. We will never extract, archive or save any complete facial or human body biometric data independently.
- No storage of AI generated works: All AI-processed images and videos generated via stylization, image-to-video conversion and background replacement functions are only displayed temporarily on users' current device pages. We will not keep any copies of generated works on our server side after users save the files to their local devices.
- No storage of user operation logs: We will not record any user behavior data, including usage time, function usage records, creation preferences, device operation tracks and other log information. No user operation records will be reserved in any system background.
2.2 No Sharing, Transfer or Sale of User Data to Any Third Parties
We promise absolute data isolation for all user data, whether during temporary AI calculation or after complete data destruction:
1. We will never share, disclose, leak or transmit any user original materials, biometric data, generated works, device information and operation records to any external partners, service providers, advertising agencies, third-party platforms, affiliated companies or any other irrelevant organizations or individuals.
2. We will never rent, sell, exchange or gift any user data for commercial or non-commercial purposes beyond the provision of AI creation services of this Tool.
3. We will not accept any third-party requests to obtain user data, and no external data interface is reserved for synchronizing users' private content.
4. No user data will be exported or backed up for system maintenance, technical troubleshooting or server inspection under any abnormal circumstances.
3. Function-Specific Privacy Instructions
We clarify dedicated privacy protection rules for all five core functions to eliminate users' privacy concerns:
3.1 AI Face Swap
Only real-time single-task facial dynamic features are extracted for video synthesis. We do not collect or store complete facial information, and will not use any facial data for AI model training or material library expansion. All facial feature data will be destroyed immediately after task completion without any retrieval possibility.
3.2 AI Dance Generation
The Tool only recognizes human skeleton points and motion tracks from uploaded videos to match preset dance actions. No original portrait videos or body motion data will be saved, and we will not analyze users' physical characteristics or appearance information.
3.3 AI Background Replacement
The Tool only separates main subjects and background layers in real time during operation. All original video/image files and layered computing data will be deleted after processing. We will not store users' private scene information displayed in original materials.
3.4 Image-to-Video & Image/Video Stylization
Real-time AI rendering is conducted for uploaded static images and short videos. All source files and intermediate rendering files will be cleared after processing. We will not collect content information, private scene details or object information contained in users' uploaded files.
4. User Rights
1. Right to Know: Users have the right to fully know our zero-data-storage and zero-third-party-sharing data processing rules.
2. Right to Delete: Since we do not store any user data on the server side, all temporary data will be automatically and completely cleared once users close the page or exit the Tool. No manual deletion application is required.
3. Right to Stop Use: Users may stop using the Tool at any time. No residual user privacy data will remain on our server or system background after use termination.
5. Basic Device Information Description
To ensure stable operation of basic services, the Tool will temporarily read basic device operating parameters such as device system version and screen resolution for interface adaptation. Such information does not belong to personal privacy data, will not be stored or shared with any third parties, and will be cleared immediately after use. We will not obtain unique device identifiers or other identity-related private information.
6. Minor Privacy Protection
This Tool is accessible to users of all ages. We strictly adhere to zero-data-storage and zero-data-sharing rules for minor users. We will not actively collect minors' facial information, video materials and other private content. Guardians can supervise minors' use of the Tool with full confidence.
7. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy according to function iteration and service optimization. Updated clauses will be displayed on the Tool's official page and take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the Tool represents acceptance of the updated Policy. The two core commitments of no user data storage and no third-party data sharing will never be changed regardless of policy updates.
8. Disclaimer
1. Users shall bear full responsibility for privacy leakage risks caused by voluntarily saving generated AI works to local devices or actively sharing content to third-party social platforms.
2. Users are prohibited from using this Tool to create illegal, infringing or portrait-right-violating content. All legal liabilities arising from improper use shall be borne solely by relevant users, and we shall not be held responsible for such behaviors.
