These Terms apply to all users worldwide and comply with global general internet service standards. By downloading, accessing or using our App and any of its core features (including but not limited to image & video stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance synthesis, AI face replacement, and AI background replacement), you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and our published Privacy Policy. --- 1. Service Description We provide intelligent AI-based image and video processing tools for users’ personal and non-commercial or commercial lawful creation needs. Our Service allows users to upload images and videos, and realizes automated content generation and optimization through real-time algorithm computing, including style transformation, dynamic video conversion, portrait animation, face swapping and background replacement. We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade, adjust or temporarily suspend part or all of the Service functions at any time due to version iteration, technical maintenance and service optimization, without prior notice to users or any liability to users. Combined with our zero user data storage commitment, all user uploaded materials and generated content are only processed in real time during the user’s active session and will be completely erased after the operation is completed. We do not store any user operation data and creation content. 2. User Eligibility & Account Rules You confirm that you have full legal capacity to use this Service. If you are a minor, you shall use the Service under the supervision and consent of your legal guardian, and the legal guardian shall bear all corresponding responsibilities for your use behavior. The App does not require mandatory registration, real-name authentication or identity verification. Users can use most core AI functions directly. All usage behaviors under your operation shall be deemed to be completed by you personally, and you shall bear full legal responsibility for all operation behaviors and generated content. 3. User Conduct & Usage Restrictions You agree to use our Service in a legal, ethical and compliant manner, and you shall not use the App’s functions to engage in any prohibited behaviors, including but not limited to: - Uploading, generating or disseminating content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, violent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates public order and good customs; - Unauthorized use, tampering, forging or impersonating other people’s portraits, images, videos and personal information through AI face replacement and other functions without the legitimate consent of the relevant right holders; - Using the Service for commercial speculation, illegal profit, malicious marketing, spam dissemination and other improper commercial behaviors; - Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, decompile, modify the App program and algorithm, or use plug-ins, scripts, illegal tools to interfere with the normal operation of the Service; - Any other behaviors that violate global internet service norms and relevant legal provisions. We have the right to take measures such as function restriction and service suspension for any non-compliant usage behaviors, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities of the user for losses caused thereby. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to program code, algorithm model, software architecture, interface design, text description and brand logo, belong exclusively to us. No user shall copy, disseminate, modify, resell or use the above intellectual property contents for commercial purposes without our written authorization. For the content created and generated by users through the Service, the intellectual property rights shall be owned by the user on the premise of legal compliance. We do not claim any ownership of user-generated content. However, you agree that we can use anonymous technical data generated by service operation for algorithm optimization and product iteration, without involving any user personal information and private content. 5. Privacy Protection Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We strictly implement the zero-data-storage rule, do not collect or store any user personal information, uploaded materials and generated works, and fully protect your privacy and data security. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by users’ improper use of the Service, including but not limited to content infringement losses, equipment failures, data loss and commercial losses. 7. Terms Update & Modification We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms irregularly to adapt to service upgrades, technical iterations and global industry standard changes. The latest version of the Terms will be displayed on the App official page, and the updated version shall take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 8.
